Job Description
- Identify New Product & Business Opportunities
- Locate New suppliers.
- Strengthen relationships with existing suppliers.
- Negotiate deals with Suppliers.
- Manage Product Listings and Pricing online.
- Partner with the Marketing Team to develop thematic campaigns.
- Prepare quotations for tender customers.
- Conduct Market Research
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Business Development Executive
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
- Start-up mindset – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude who’s not afraid to work independently when required.

- 與本地KOL（攝影師）及供應商建立並維護良好關係
- 管理市場營銷預算，確保資源的有效使用並最大化投資回報率
- 辨識與品牌、影響者和本地組織的戰略合作夥伴機會，以提升JB Mall的能見度並擴大其影響範圍。有效談判合作關係並管理合作協議
- 監控市場趨勢，研究消費者競爭者活動以識別新機會
- 與供應商互動，尋求交叉銷售機會並組織主題推廣活動
- 提高品牌在攝影渠道的可見度和認知度，推動O2O（Offline-to-Online）活動
- 監控網站在數字市場營銷、SEO及社交媒體參與度的表現
- 獨立於預算和項目時間規劃，並能及時執行創意簡報、媒體規劃等工作
我們尋找的夥伴：
- 市場營銷、商業管理或相關領域的學士學位
- 3年以上市場營銷經驗，尤其是在線上市場營銷和公關方面
- 與各大社交平台（Instagram、Facebook、YouTube）的影響者/KOL/聯盟營銷網絡有著良好的關係和專業知識

Job Description
- Formulate brand strategies & promotion, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEO, social media, events, and more.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with local KOLs (photographers) and vendors.
- Manage the marketing budget, to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities with brands, influencers, and local organizations to enhance JB Mall’s visibility and expand its reach. Negotiate partnerships and manage collaboration agreements effectively.
- Monitor market trends, and research consumer competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities.
- Interacting with vendors for cross-selling opportunities and organizing thematic promotion
- Improve brand visibility and awareness among photography channels and drive O2O (Offline-to-Online) occasions.
- Monitor website performance on digital marketing, SEO, and social media engagement.
- Work independently on budget and project timeline planning, and execute in creative briefings, media plannings etc. in a timeline manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in online marketing and PR
- Have a great connection and expertise in working with Influencers/KOLs/Affiliate Marketing Network across all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Best in project management, cross-functional organizational skills, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Affiliate & Influencers Marketing, Social Media Insights
- Previous experience with WordPress, or other Content Management platform and knowledge of SEO would be a plus.
- Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and analytic skills, motivated and driven to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced work environment.
